With over 17 years of experience, he has established rigorous safety standards in supply chains, food manufacturing, and restaurant operations, enhancing public health protection. As Vice President of FSQA at Salad and Go, Jeremy built the comprehensive “OneFSQA” team, which implemented cutting-edge safety protocols across over 150 stores and three manufacturing facilities. At Controlant, he advanced global supply chain safety with real-time data solutions, and at Chipotle, he pioneered industry-leading traceability and quality systems. Holding a Master’s in Food Safety from Michigan State University, Jeremy is celebrated for his strategic approach, uniting technical and cross-functional teams to elevate food safety standards across the industry. His work continues to strengthen compliance and trust in the global food supply.
