With nearly 20 years of experience in food manufacturing, I’ve embraced challenges and growth opportunities from the start of my career. After graduating, I joined a technical team and led the implementation of a Quality Management System for a company seeking its first food safety certification. My determination and passion for learning shaped my journey in this dynamic sector.
Throughout my career, I’ve gained hands-on experience in bakery, confectionery, dry fruits, ambient and temperature-controlled products, and oils and fats processing across the UK and Europe. I’ve become an Approved Training Partner and Auditor for BRCGS and hold the BRCGS Professional title, highlighting my commitment to food safety and quality management.
Passionate about sharing knowledge, I engage with individuals at all levels in manufacturing, from operatives to senior management, guiding companies to achieve their objectives and elevate their standards.
