The special room rates will be available until the group block is sold out. For more information, please contact the conference director.

Note 1: The discounted hotel stay rates are restricted only for one day before and / or after the event dates (based on the availability). The complimentary packages are valid only on the event dates.

Note 3: Lodging Package only includes the room rent charges and rest all incidentals would be charged extra. Hotel reception would convey all the complimentary services if any at the time of check-in.

    From London Heathrow Airport (LHR): Continue in the left hand land for a little over 1km until you reach a sign for airport parking. As you turn left following signs for Central London A4, Terminal 4, keeping the Welcome to Heathrow sign on your right you will see the Radisson immediately on your left. Drive a few metres joining the A4 and then turn first left into Sipson Road. Take the immediate left and then turn right onto the hotel complex.
