Agnieszka Jaworowska

Dr Agnieszka Jaworowska received her MSc in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Warmia and Mazury (Poland) and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Medical University of Bialystok (Poland), she was investigating environmental and dietary factors related to the development of obesity.  She has carried a post-doctoral research at the Liverpool John Moores University looking into interventions to improve the nutritional quality of take-away meals from small independent take-away outlets (Liverpool ‘EATRIGHT’).

She is a Lecturer in Nutrition at the University College London (UK). She has been working in higher education institutions in Poland and the UK since 2003 contributing to the delivery of high quality, innovative and inclusive teaching in the nutrition field.
